  What is Guaranteed Rent? 
  Guaranteed rent is an unconventional way of renting your property. Instead of renting to a tenant on a 12 month AST contract, you would allow us to control and manage your property for agreed length.

JB Executive Estates pay your monthly rent for duration of the contract, irrespective of occupancy. This provides you with no void periods for 3-5 years under our corporate let agreement
We accommodate guests on short to mid term stays, here there is a variety of guests which include Contractors, Business travellers, International students, NHS and families on vacation.

Part, of our contractual terms ensures we keep your property to a high standard with a small uplift, furnishing, regular cleans and maintenance when needed.
Lastly we interact with our guest which gives you a stress free income!
